Come up ;)

It can be used when you wanna say like the sun set up, so the sun came up or rose up.

Other use is when you are talking to somebody and another subject comes up/rise. Generally when it means bring some subject up to the conversation, it usually refers to a problem. 
Ex: I was talking to my friend and he started to talk about our relationship problems. He brought it up to our conversation. So, it came up.

Another possible synonymous for that could be approach. Ex: He came up and said hello.

An interesting fact is when I am going to explain a phrasal verb, whatever it is, most part of the time I find out another ones with the same end. Bizarre, isn't it?!
