Fade away!

Fade away, dudes!

Have you heard that before?!

It's kind of common and it means to become weaker gradually. it is used to talk about sounds, image or lights which faded away.

For example: The sound just faded away.

The verb fade can be followed by others particules. It is curious because if you just switch these two/three words the meaning changes completely. For example, to fade in is to appear gradually (image, sound). However, if you say fade out is like disappear gradually. It's at least interesting!

Unfortunately I haven't found any music with any of those phrasals. If you know, fell free to write it down and help people out to memorize it faster. ;)
