Katy Perry released her new music I'm wide awake. I was listening to it and there are four things that I wanna talk about. 

The name for itself is an idiom that means completelly awake, alert, watchful! 

Like: After the accident he passed wide awake all night long.

The second idiom is bow down! Bow down to something or someone is to bend to someone, as in submission, to obra someone/something.

For example: In the past, people were supposed to bow down to the king.

Katy says: falling from cloud nine. I looked for and found out that cloud nine means a state of streme happiness.

The phrasal dive in means to Start to do something in a very enthusiastic way. 

Like: When you get the chance, just dive in!
