That's the music that I found the idiom To be dying to do something. If you are dying to do sth, you're very eager to do this thing.

For example: Oh, my mom is making a cake and I'm dying to eat it!

My aunt is pregnant and she is like dying to know whether it's a girl or a boy.

The lyric says: I'm dying to know If it's killing you like it's killing me.

Obviously, it's a music and kill doesn't mean literally to kill. It was just a way to say she's distressed.
