Cheeeer Up!
It means to cause sb to feel happier, to make laught, to be cheerful or feel happiness.
For example: she tried so hard to cheer the disappointed children up, but it went to waste.
The naive student tried to cheer everyone up, but that was not quite enough.

A synonym for it is lighten up! The meaning is quite the same, to become cheerful and to make brighter. Ex: The new paint lightened the room up! That conversation lightened me a little bit up.
