I have heard "when it comes to me" many times, and I am finally able to explain it!

I first heard it on the song Who Says by Selena Gomez. She says:

I am sure you've got some things
You would like to change about yourself
But when it comes to me
I wouldn't wanna be anybody else

When it comes to me means basically in my case.

For example: All my relatives like wine, but when it comes to me I hate it!
