Hey!
I have just published a post on my other blog, sanfrancisconotes.blogspot.com and I wrote "fit the bill". So now I am gonna explain this meaning.
To fit the Bill is to be what is needed or to be good enough to what is required. For example: I was looking for a black jacket at the store, but then I saw a grey and cheaper one that fit the bill!
