That's the idiom of today! What do you think it means!?

To be on the same page means to talk about the same thing, to know about something as far as the other person knows. It's also to be in agreement, to see it the same way.

For example: My parents and I weren't on the same page, so we argued at each other.

The employees ended up on the same page after the meeting.
